Premium Package explained (Insurances)

Included in your premium package are these insurances below, at no additional cost. Here's what your Premium Package Insurances cover exactly:

Peace of Mind Insurances

The Premium Package is there for your total peace of mind. Part of that peace of mind is not worrying about some of those "what ifs...". "What if the glass breaks on delivery?". "What if my builder or the installer breaks the glass?", "What if we got the measurements wrong?".

1. (Included) Glass insured for damage during works or delivery

If any glass gets damaged or broken during delivery, offloading, installation, or even while your house is still under construction, you can claim and we will supply replacements for any panels which are affected or broken.

Excess: £50 per claim

Exclusions: Delivery & installation of the replacement glass

Limitations: Limited to 12 months after initial supply & up to 4 claims per order

2. (Included) Extended Glass Insurance (12 months after supply)

If, for whatever reason, any of the glass from our products that is installed at your property breaks or is damaged in the 12 months following the supply, you can claim and we will supply replacements for any panels which are affected or are broken.

Excess: £50 per claim

Exclusions: Delivery & installation of the replacement glass.

Limitations: Limited to 12 months after initial supply & up to 4 claims per order

3. (Included) Measurement Insurance

If, following our survey, the order or part of it has been manufactured incorrectly or not to the required dimensions of the site, we will remake part or the entire order at no cost to you.

Excess: No excess (zero)

Exclusions: If we have been asked to manufacture to agreed dimensions (and not from our survey) or if changes are made to the structure after survey without notification, agreement or without advising us.
