Everything about this balcony is positive. Its a quality product. It was delivered very well packed and the fitting instructions were very straight forward to follow. We spotted this balcony at grand designs and its one of our best decisions we chose for our project and also to go with this company. The people on the stand were very knowledgeable and helpful. Also spent a few times on the phone asking questions and they were very helpful. All contacts from order through to delivery and installation advice, very professional. We are so pleased how this balcony has transformed our project, it really is fantastic. We love our new balcony and the brilliant view it now gives us. It was worth every penny!
