Saw the product as grand design exhibition in London. I didn't want a cheap balustrade and this company are not cheap but clearly I was buying a quality product. The company are very professional, efficient, excellent customer service from start to finish. I would give a high recommendation to any potential customers.

So far no after sales requested from customer. The only down side to my purchase is that I should have done this 20 years ago! I can not express highly enough how much I love my new balcony and can't wait till the warmer weather when I can start using it more often.
