The Project was to build a new house on a very steep garden in-fill plot from the gardens of two houses lower down the steep slope. The location, on the southern boundaries of Dorking Town, lent itself to try and maximise the outstanding views over Ranmore Common just to the North West of Dorking (obviously subject to strict planning constraints!). As a result and as much as possible, extensive use was made of balconies and decking on two levels in order to try and take advantage of the fabulous views.

The product really is 'fit for purpose' in helping achieve this! Looked at various options and got more than one quote for the work to be done. Balcony Systems seemed very professional and was priced very competitively for what looked like a quality product. The extreme care taken in ensuring that everything was correct before production was impressive in the extreme. Not much required as everything went very smoothly - probably due to the care in getting things right first time!

The quality of finish achieved using Balcony Systems has helped to ensure that the market valuation of the finished Project far exceeded expectations, and it is clear that the balcony finishes installed must have paid for themselves many times over. They really put the 'icing on the cake' of a very high quality development in such a privileged location.
