We first spotted Balconette products at Grand Designs in 2012 and thought at the time they were such great looking products. We were finally able to order two for our modern new build in Rugby and find they look so great on the south facing elevation. Our next two houses in the same development will also be having these balustrades! The whole ordering process was straightforward and installation was easy (so I'm told!).
Easy, pleasant communication at all times; order process straightforward; delivery sooner than anticipated; product much admired. All around good experience and hope to repeat it on the next two houses to be built next year. Happy customer with a very desirable product. Good value for money; did look at some alternatives but preferred the look of balconette.
