High quality, looks good, easy to fit; not outrageous costs; a winner for us. We were going down the route of a self designed bespoke wrought iron balcony, but soon changed to the Balcony Systems products after sales follow up by the company. The only one of a few glass balcony suppliers we checked out. Because they followed up and the product was what we wanted they got our business. That must tell you something about the company and their products? All contacts from the initial sales process through to delivery and installation advice, top class & professional.

I don't think there are many balconies like ours in the North East, and we are really pleased with the results. We are glad we did the work as we now have a top class, top hotel standard luxury bedroom - a bit of luxury in our lives every day; a bit corny but it's true. We didn't realise what a view we have from our back garden until this project. With this in mind, it's been excellent value for money.
