Basic Package

Outlet for the Professional

The Basic Package is suitable for people experienced with our systems, or those that want to become so. It is suitable for technically proficient customers who can survey, read drawings & measurements and whom are experienced with design. The basic package is based on using our online design module. The balustrades will be designed and purchased online.

The Standard Package includes technical support and design services from our technical team. It is suitable for homeowners self-builders and trade customers. After payment of the deposit, the order will follow a structured design process with our experienced technical design specialists, beginning with a full technical interview. We will produce technical drawings and designs for your review and approval.

Premium Package

Complete peace of mind

The Premium Package gives you complete peace of mind.

The Premium Package comes with full technical support and design provided by our technical team; including, a detailed on-site survey, plans, drawings, specification and supply of bolts and fixings for installation.

With the Premium Package you will be fully covered for any errors in drawings and measurements. You will also be covered for any damage or breakages to glass/es should this occur during delivery, installation, or even within the first 12 months following the supply.
