From the outset, Balcony Systems were helpful and extremely courteous, they made me feel our project was as special for them as it was for us. They provided guidance throughout the process and according to my builder, installing was straight forward and not difficult. The order and delivery time were as stated and the product very much up to expectation. In fact, our architect has recommended the product to one of his clients as, indeed we have to our friends.
