Precision glass bending is an essential part of making curved sliding doors and curved glass balustrades. Manufacture of curved toughened glass at our factory. Precision bent curved tempered (toughened) glass.

Glass Bending

The video shows bending and toughening of a curved 6mm Pilkington K glass for one of the curved doors we are producing. The glass is cooked in the oven at 680'c and then fed into the quencher, bent and cooled rapidly to toughen it.

Curved Glass Radius

The video shows how the radius is checked after the toughening. The curved glass is compared to a CNC cut glass at the radius required.
