This beautiful Balconette balustrade has opened up magnificent unspoilt views across the East Sussex countryside for homeowners Lev Osman and Loreen McKeon who say ‘they couldn’t be happier’ with the product.
Measuring just over 11.5 metres in length, the Balconette Aerofoil Glass Balustrade System with the wing-shaped handrail in a Silver anodised finish is complemented with new timber decking.
The balustrade, which replaces an old wooden one, was installed at the house near Heathfield by Balconette’s Registered Partner Timbertech Southern, Paul Frampton and his colleague, also called Paul.
Lev, who found Balconette via an internet search, comments: “Both Pauls arrived on Monday morning just a working day after the system was delivered. From the moment they arrived until they left, they were totally professional, informative and respectful of the property.
“The detail in planning and preparation totally paid off in the end result which is truly stunning. We have had numerous compliments already and the system looks magnificent.
I couldn’t be happier with the product or with the two Pauls’ installation.”
The couple chose a glass balustrade to preserve the view and to be ‘more in keeping’ with the style of their home. With spring and the promise of better weather, they are looking forward to enjoying their outside space, and of course, the wonderful view.
Lev adds: “What I particularly like about the Aerofoil handrail is that it’s safe ergonomically and that encourages you to lean on it, relax and to take in the view. It’s quite substantial as well, which is comforting when the grandchildren are on the decking.”
