Balconies add ‘a look of luxury’ to bespoke new homes

Glass balconies supplied by Balconette complement the high specification and expensive feel of these two bespoke prestigious properties in Hastings, according to the developer.

“The products are of good quality and add a look of luxury,” comments Nicola Piper, Sales Manager at Gemselect, which built the three-storey family homes on an elevated site at Campkin Gardens overlooking open countryside.

Each has a spacious first-floor balcony accessed off the living room to make the most of the views, plus a second Juliet balcony nearly two metres wide adding light through French Doors to the master bedroom.
