Each Registered Partner has been trained in person by the very technicians at Balconette who have designed the products. All Registered Partners are fully versed in the dynamics of precisely measuring and installing the full range of Balconette products. They often have many years of experience fitting our systems, so you’re in safe hands!

 

What Are They Able to Do?

Balconette Registered Partners are your one-stop-shop solution and are there to alleviate any potential apprehension you might have about measuring, ordering, or installing your system. These are the three main areas that Registered Partners can assist with:

• Measuring

Registered Partners can complete a full-site survey and collect exact measurements of the intended balcony area before consulting with you and our technical team to discuss any alterations or amendments to the site measurements.

• Ordering & Arranging Delivery

Depending on the level of Registered Partner service you have selected, you either order directly with Balconette, or you can order from your local Registered Partner (more explained later). Once your system has been ordered, paid for, and manufactured, a Registered Partner can arrange a suitable delivery date with you and our Logistics team. If you coordinate with your Registered Partner, they can be available to accept delivery on-site.

• Installing

The last step they take care of is, of course, the installation of your product. Registered Partners often have many years of experience fitting our products, meaning that you get an optimum installation service with a high-quality finish. Suppose they happen to run into any hiccups on the day of installation, there’s no need to worry as they are adept at providing tailor-made solutions with fine-tuned adjustments to Balconette’s systems. They also take care sourcing the best fixings and fixing methods for the job *phew*.

In addition to this, each prospective Partner will need to attend in-person seminars and training sessions with Balconette technicians to familiarise themselves with our sleek and made-to-measure systems.

When Registered Partners are welcomed into the programme, they sign a code of practice that must be upheld throughout the entire partnership. We outline expectations that we require our Registered Partners to endorse and execute in order to continue their beneficial collaboration with us; some of these expectations are outlined below:

• To provide a timely, reliable, and excellent service to you, the customer
• To be an expert on all the details, parts, and parameters of Balconette’s products
• To proficiently and professionally design, survey and install Balconette’s systems
• To resolve any issues that could arise during a job and to never abandon a customer or leave a job incomplete or unsatisfactory

We view Registered Partners as an extension of the company; our working relationship is a true partnership built on a foundation of mutual respect.

We also need to uphold our side of the bargain. In return for Registered Partners maintaining our expectations, we supply them with an exclusive, made-to-measure product and provide continuous training and support ranging from sales to practical guidance long after our initial agreement. It’s as if Registered Partners have their own manufacturing factory, technical department, sales, and marketing team that’s just a phone call away, but without any of the costs or complications.
